I was on my way to work, stopped for gas and my car would not restart. Kristen was very friendly and told me that they would fit it in as soon as it was towed to the shop. Wonderful honest customer service. Quick service and affordable. They did not suggest a bunch of things that did not need fixed. They found the problem quickly and fixed at reasonable price. Very fast service, had it diagnosed and repaired within 1 1/2 days even though they were down a mechanic for a week. It was non a pre-planned appointment, so they told me 2 1/2 days but were finished a day sooner. I think it is great that they know how important your car is to you and that you need to get it back quickly. Will definitely be using Auto Envy for all of my BMW repairs. Highly recommend
Used Auto Envy for the first time for a battery swap. Kristin was very nice and helpful. Car ended up needing an IBS along with the battery. They got me in and out within hours. It's always tough when going with an Indy as opposed to the dealership, which by the way, is only one dealership in Southside Hampton Roads. But luckily I made the right choice. About half the price and none of the attitude, great work, great customer service. I'll definitely be returning.
I was stranded at work by my x3 with a surging engine and had to get it towed to Auto Envy. I had the car dropped off by a tow truck at 7:30 at night, the owner was still there working so I told him what was going on. He explained that he was swamped with work because of the tropical storm we were hit by a few days earlier, but he would do his best to get to it the next morning. He called me at 10:00 am the next morning and told me my CPU was shot, but instead of trying to get me to buy a new one for over $1000, he said he could try to reprogram the computer and he was 90% positive it would work. I had him go ahead with the programming and the car is running better than ever. I really appreciate his honesty in trying to help me out instead of overcharging me like a dealer would., not to mention he got my car fixed before I was out of work the next day. I'll be bringing my BMW there from now on.
