  • I have owned my BMW since it was new in 2001 and have been going to NW European Autoworks exclusively since 2006 for all my routine maintenance and repairs. I have always received above and beyond excellent customer service. They are accurate with estimated costs and time frame for the work to be done…and many times the work is completed much sooner than expected. Sometimes I have just stopped by to ask a question or to have them do a quick check on a minor issue... and they will stop what they’re doing to address my concerns. Thanks, Ron and Matt! I will continue to be a loyal customer and highly recommend NW European.

I've had all my BMWs and the Land Rover serviced and repaired at Northwest European Autoworks since it opened six years ago. I can't say enough about the quality of their work and the knowledge they have for the proper diagnosis of a problem. I know the owner and his shop personnel and can attest to their fairness and integrity. They deserve a five-star rating and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

Excellent shop operated by a very nice man. My wife and I were in from Seattle on a Sunday to visit a dying grandmother a couple of weeks ago when we heard a terribly loud screeching (like metal on metal) sound coming from the back of our recently purchased 2007 BMW X3. We thought something must be wrong the brakes or wheels. Since it was Sunday we could not find a service shop open in Bellingham. When I contacted the owner he agreed to come in on his day off to see what he could do, and it turned out that all it was was a rock caught up somewhere underneath and finally dislodged. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and wouldn't accept payment. I am very grateful and highly recommend Northwest European Autoworks.

Very nice shop with a very clean and professional manner. This company tends to be the only one in town who can actually find the problem on my BMW M3 without throwing parts at it every time. They have the factory BMW scanning tool and the experience needed to work on these cars. They have a great reputation and are qualified to work on some of the nicest high end cars I've seen. I'm done using general repair shops. Northwest European Autoworks is great.
