I used to trust even a basic oil change to a local dealership in Green Bay until they were bought out by the ‘big guys’ and prices went up and up. It was then that I decided to take my car to Rob’s again. I had used them for service in the past and never had a problem, but for whatever reason always had this mindset that the dealership could do a better job. Boy was I wrong! Ryan and the entire team at Rob’s are first rate. I took my Volkswagen in for a simple front brake job. They noticed that my rear brakes were squealing a bit, and because I had the work completed their less than a year ago, they completely replaced the brake pads without any problem. Additionally, they noticed that my coolant was especially low only to find out that I had a coolant leak. I was grateful that they found the issue just before the coldest part of winter. Despite complications along the way, they stuck with it and found the true problem . All the while, they loaned me an Audi Q5 to drive until my car was repaired. Had I taken my vehicle to the ‘big guy’ dealership that I used to go to, I can guarantee you they wouldn’t have loaned me a vehicle let alone an Audi. Furthermore, it would’ve cost me far more than it did, and the service would not have been nearly as good. Ryan and his team have the knowledge to investigate and repair any problem brought to them. I will definitely be back!
I recently had an excellent experience at Robs Import Repair. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. One of the standout features of their service is the digital inspection they provide. It's very informative and gives you a clear understanding of your car's condition. I initially took my car to them for a second opinion on my transmission. They were able to pinpoint the exact part that was malfunctioning and replaced it, instead of suggesting a full transmission replacement. This saved me a whopping $7,000! It's been six months since the repair, and I haven't had any issues since. I highly recommend Robs Imports Repair for their honesty, expertise, and exceptional customer service.
This was our first experience and it went great. We have a 2019 Mini Cooper S convertible that needed a couple chrome parts replaced. The parts arrived quickly and on the day of the repair I was in and out in less than hour. Staff is very friendly and the waiting room was very nice. Highly recommended!
Rob’s has consistently provided quality and timely service to my BMW M340 and my Dad’s Audi RS6. They are meticulous and take many pictures to document their progress that a service advisor talks you through on the phone. They have been very quick to fix my M340 when I had it broken into and when a pothole bent two of my rims. The guys at Rob’s treat your vehicle well and truly care about doing an honest job.
