All of out technicians are BMW factory trained. We strive to offer all of the same services you would find at the dealer but with a more personal touch. If you have become weary of the dealership disappointments around and the ill prepared independents, we would like to help you understand and overcome whatever issues you may have with your BMW or MINI.

I've been going to Urban for 5 years now, Mat is nothing but great. Very honest with quotes, quick to call back, and goes above and beyond. He'll bring you into the shop to point out items and make suggestions. Never pushes for service or parts that don't need immediate attention but will definitely let you know if it is urgent. If it's something I can't DIY or don't want to do, this is the only place I go. Easy to talk to, calm atmosphere, and the cleanest shop I've ever seen.

Honest Mechanics, how many times can you put those words together:-) had my water pump, new battery, thermostat & 60,000 mile check up done by Urban MotorWorx. Fantastic job at fantastic prices!!! I hope I don't have to return anytime soon.....but since my BMW 528i is a 1998 I'm sure I will:-) I had an Audi that I frequently took to Concours & often times for the same problem but was charged again for the same repair. Matt pointed out that a joint will have to be replaced in the near future & September is a great time to do it as they currently have a 20% off coupon.

I can't praise UMW enough for the fantastic job!!!!

Our Mini Cooper was way over due for inspection and tune up, plus we were experiencing some issues with our CVT transmission. I had read some horror stories about the transmission and was fearing the worst, and the last thing I wanted to do was take it to the dealership. I found Urban Motorwerx through this web site and I am very glad I went to them. Straight forward guys, good work, the issue of the transmission was a simple reprogramming of the car computer and now rides like new. 100% satisfaction.

I have been taking my BMW to Urban Motorworx since they opened. They have been extremely professional and helpful regardless of the issue or reason for my visits. Knowing I can rely on Mat and Ryan to be honest, fairly priced and extremely good at working on my car has removed the stress of maintaining my car. I highly recommend them if you need your BMW or Mini serviced.

Mat's been my primary repair & maintenance guy for my car since before Urban Motorworx was founded. My car requires a lot of maintenance because of the way I drive. He usually has me back on the road the same day, unless an unusual part has to be ordered from Germany. He and Ryan make a great team. They usually give me free coffee when I visit them. What's really nice is that they will work with me to order and install special aftermarket parts. E39 528 touring.

Mat and Ryan do a great job at a reasonable rate and I don't have to worry that I am not getting honest service. I have recommended them to everyone I know that owns a BMW or Mini.

We have been going to Urban Motorworx since one of the dealers couldn't figure out a problem with our Bmw and Mat and Ryan knew what it was just from a description on the phone. As a women, getting your car fixed can be intimidating but here they explain everything without trying to sell you things you don't need done. Great Service and prices. I would definetly call them Bmw "Geniuses".

As a first-time BMW owner I feel fortunate to have found Urban Motorworx. Service and value have been very good and their advise has been much appreciated. I have recommended them to others and will continue too do so in the future.

How cool is it to have an ex-fighter mechanic, BMW trained and certified, working on your BMW, while charging less than the "official" BMW dealer prices?

I've had better customer service, spent less, and actually *enjoyed* the experience.

Well done, guys! My BMW works great and it isn't as expensive to own now!

My water pump suddenly went out on my 325i on a Saturday night. I had it towed to UMW, and without even being on the schedule, it was fixed and ready to go by Monday afternoon. They even showed me the part and why it failed. The service and communication was honest and direct. I have had no problems since the repair. I recommend this shop to all BMW owners. This is a better deal than the dealership.

I've known Mat and Ryan since they were mechanics at Little Car Shop and Concours. They've brought that knowledge to Urban MotorWorx and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I've had them work on my 2002 330i as well as my 2006 530xi and found them to be dependable, forthright, and good at what they do. I have and will continue to recommend them to BMW and Mini owners. They do what they say they're going to do, something that seems to be lacking at other shops I've patronized.

exceptional and reliable service w/ a smile. I have limited knowledge about car repair and am always nervous of being taken advantage of until I started working Urban Motorworx. You won't be disappointed...
