    Took my m5 in for a vanos problem and was told by the technician told me it was a transmission problem. I explained that the transmission had been rebuild with genuine bmw clutch and bearings. He was very stubborn and not helpful in the least bit. I ended up paying $200 for absolutely nothing. Totally incompetent! Would not recommend theme to my friends. Called the service advisor at the dealership and he had the problem figured out in 5 mins.
