  I began taking my car to Star Auto in 2022 and have consistently received exceptional service and high-quality work. Handell, the owner, and his team are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services.

  I've know Handel since the late 90's, he is the most dedicated and methodical mechanic I've ever known. I would recommend him and his shop Star Auto Techs as the most honest and reliable BMW - Mercedes Benz Shop in Florida. I won't trust any repair or service of my BMW to no one else than Handel and his team at Star Auto-Techs.

  Handell and his crew always do a phenomenal job with my car! My 2005 BMW is on 200k miles because of the great care that Handell and the men at Star Auto Techs have with it. So grateful for the integrity and the complete frankness of this shop!

  The work Star Auto-Techs do is excellent, the honesty and prices are dollar to dollar worth it! Very nice atmosphere, clean office, excellent costumer service and my BMW is done in a reasonable time. Handell has a lot of experience and he won't hesitate to answer all your questions. You are the best!

  Awesome customer service, with affordable prices. Handell is very professional and detailed, the quality of their work is unsurpassed. I highly recommend checking them out for all your speciality car needs. They worked on the transmission and AC for my 740i, the total cost was unbeatable.

  Handell has been a godsend. The service is honest, professional and problem free. Having only used the dealer's service to repair my BMW, this people is so much better, simpler and always clear. I'm happy I found Star Auto Techs.

  Reasonably nice guys but extremely overpriced. Don't let the pleasant demeanor fool you. Received a cost estimate on a BMW that was outrageously high, even when compared to the local BMW dealership. When asked to justify or negotiate, simply told me to go elsewhere. Can't speak authoritatively on their mechanical competencies (as you can imagine, i took the car elsewhere), but it's difficult to understand how they can conduct a successful, sustainable business by egregiously overcharging customers, coupled with a terrible 'take it or leave it' attitude.

  Professional staff with in depth knowledge of Mercedes and BMW. Vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and was very satisfied with the results after being fixed. Technicians took time to thoroughly clean oil residue after repairing an oil leak and wheel alignment was on point. Top quality.

  Great service and fast. Car needed new battery and they not only replaced that but fixed front light bulb and replaced the battery on my key Fob at no additional cost. Oooo and they washed my car inside and out. I must say that I highly recommend this place and will be back for future service.

  Handell Puertas, great person, his staff is great as well, very professional, work well done an on time, very honest person, shop very clean. i will recommend to anyone. he did fix my 2004 BMW 330XI.
