    You can tell quickly when you’ve engaged an expert to solve a problem, whether it’s your car, or some other business. Expertise is what I found with Bavarian Motor Cars. I was referred by a friend I trust and based on my experiences will now refer other friends. John and team are supremely skilled at the service they provide, charge reasonable prices and proactively advise what needs to be done to solve the existing problem and how to prevent future issues. I don’t give recommendations easily but feel confident doing so in the case of Bavarian.

    We are very, very pleased with the service we've experienced from John and Michelle. After the extremely frustrating experience with dealerships not answering phones, not returning calls for days, and eye-popping charges, it is great to get the personal treatment and reasonable prices. We have had two Mini Coopers serviced by John recently, and the work is exceptional, timely, and comes in at the right amount. John personally explained what was done.

    What a relief to have a company like this that makes customer satisfaction a priority!
