Worst Experience Ever! I was told it would take 7 days to repair my car. I had to keep calling Patrick the service manager, for updates who by the way is not a person of his word, and just overall lacks in customer service to say the least. Two weeks later I was told the part for my car got lost and there wasn't a tracking number for it, so it could just possibly show up at any time or not at all. At this point I'm furious rightfully so. Patrick's response is... "Man what do you want me to do"? I'm like wow!!!
To make a long story short, my car was there for a month. I checked my car before leaving the property and one of my widows that was working properly before taking my car there, did not work properly, as if I wouldn't notice. I notified Patrick and he was very nonchalant.
I will never go back there again and strongly suggest that no one else doesn't either. Don't waste your time. Bad business...Poor customer service.
