I have had my 2008 BMW 535i for almost 5 years now and have had every problem with it that you could possibly have. Atlanta BMW Service Dealers and most independents know me and my car…my ongoing issues have never been properly addressed so I took my car to G2 Automotive as its very close to my house. Not only did they fix the problems, they had a recall issue fixed through the dealer on my behalf (took the car there themselves) AND put a new part in programmed it at no cost to me.

They pride themselves in service with very little down-time, top quality parts & products and their techs are very knowledgeable. G2 will shuttle you back to work/home if needed at no charge. They are located behind Enterprise Rental Cars so an inexpensive loaner can be arranged in 5 minutes time. I have had my car serviced two times by G2 over the last couple of months. The service and pricing have both been excellent. Gary and his crew are totally customer focused. I did not receive a complete diagnosis to make a decision upfront. In addition my car was misdiagnosed. I ended up spending 8,263 total. (6,900 then 745 then 1263 ). After 3 weeks, G2 had to consult with another company to help them make the final diagnosis after telling me it was the Fly Wheel, they said it’s the Catalytic Converter. Each time the amount kept increasing. I had to return the car to G2 3 times in 48 hours. They had the car for 3 weeks trying to make the correct diagnosis. I’m posting this to help other customers. This was a costly learning experience for me.

You have been a loyal customer here at G2 Automotive for almost two years. Prior to your last repair visit, you have had us service your vehicle 8 times since 2018. We appreciate your loyalty and hope to continue servicing your vehicle.

To address your review, the most important fact that needs to be made here is the that your car was towed to our shop because it was not in running condition. The second fact is that the tow company who was hired to tow the car did not load or unload the car properly. The car was loaded and unloaded without being put in neutral which can cause damage to the transmission and other parts.

It was explained to you that the engine needed to be fixed to get the car in proper running condition. G2 gave you a quote to repair the engine and you agreed to the work. Please bear in mind, there is no way for technicians to diagnose any other potential problems with a car that will not run. Once the engine was repaired and running, the techs encountered a couple of other issues which were brought to your attention with quotes for those repairs as well.

G2 completed all of the repairs and returned the car to you in good running condition. Our apologies that it took a little longer than anticipated but we encountered more repair problems than expected.

It is unfortunate that you ended up with costly repairs to your car. We tried to make the repair experience as easy as possible by communicating the issues to you, picking up and delivering your car to you, offering you a car to drive while your car was in the shop and even not charging you for the cost to service the transmission and filter.

Our customers are our top priority.

G2 Automotive did it again! Got my brakes replaced and oil change in just one day. I always get fast and friendly service. Because of them, my 2008 BMW drives like a 2015! I will go nowhere else!

G2 Automotive is currently servicing my 2014 535i. They beat dealership service & repair prices and I can get an appointment within a day or two. Prior to my 535i, Gary and the techs serviced & repaired my 2009 750il under an extended warranty that I purchased through them. The warranty was definitely the way to go. When I was ready to downsize, G2 sold my 750il for me. I can't say enough about Gary and his guys. They are like my personal car service. That type of service is hard to find these days. Thanks G2!
