I saw a one star rating for Pete's and I understand the reviewer's reasons. While not perfectly happy with Pete's, I have to say that my experience has been very good. Their work seems to be correctly and accurately done each time. I have had my car in for maintenance about a dozen times and never have been dissatisfied. They have worked with me to keep the repair costs down, though remember there is nothing cheap about maintaining a BMW.
Most likely I will be finding another BMW service shop because Pete's just moved to a better location for them, but much further for me. I hope any new shop I find will be as good.

I was looking for an estimated on replacement of my water heater and was told three different ways, after asking three different ways that I was not going to get an estimate. Then I was asked why I was so sure of the problem, I told him I took the shroud off and could see the leak. He then told me "I'm not comfortable working on your car, goodbye." I had no problem getting estimates from three other places that I called. Pete's service center may or may not do good work, but an "estimate" is just that and with the years of experience they claim one would think they would have a grasp on that. This made me very nervous and would not recommend.
