Owner Alan Symmes has been working in the industry professionally since 1999. During that time he has learned much from the dealerships and independent repair shops he worked at. Taking that knowledge and seeing a need to "Revolutionize" the auto repair experience for customer and employees alike, he opened Revolution Automotive in 2012 with a plan to improve auto repair and offer a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy option to the public and a positive work place to employees.
Alan lives in Norwood with his wife and 2 daughters. When he's not working at the shop, he enjoys traveling with his family
I was looking for an alternative to the dealer for service on my 2018 BMW as the warranty had expired. I was not familiar with Revolution but gave them a try as they were local and had sent me a coupon for an oil service. I had a very positive experience with Revolution. They inspected the car thoroughly, even took photos showing tire wear and gave me useful advice about other problem areas. I will continue to have my BMW serviced at Revolution.
