Absolutely the very, very best BMW independent techs in the Valley, period! Diagnostic skills on another level. Earthly prices. Fixed right, fixed once.

I was referred to RG by a friend who had just had his BMW 5 series serviced and was happy with the price and work performed.

I had my X5M worked on all-around. Rear brakes, 60k transmission service, door actuator replacement, head light restore, quarter panel clear coat fix, and an oil change.

Everything was done professionally and at a reasonable price which beat the dealership and even other third party repair shops in town which had quoted me.

Downpipe changed at RG; within a week and upon driving my car for the first time since the downpipe repair, my air-condition stopped getting cold at idle. I returned to RG. They claimed they changed my cooling fan. The problem persisted. I returned about two days later. They claimed the new part was defective. Upon driving home from collecting the vehicle the brake light came on. I looked at the upgraded pads and rotors that I personally installed six months prior. They were still like new. I took off my wheels and found the front sensor disconnected and tied to the the brake line bracket on the strut with a small zip-tie. The zip-tie was new, fresh and still very black. My car was last service by the BMW dealer at 50000 miles two years prior. I did all service thereafter. I installed a new sensor and reset the light. Someone deliberately disconnected that brake sensor; not for any repair. I know who did. Do you? Of course you do. I would never return to RG. Run! Pay the larger dealer repair costs and save yourself problems from smooth talking unscrupulous and dishonest businesses.
