Dan Bowers was referred by a trusted professional which typically encourages confidence in the service and interaction expectations. Unfortunately, when I contacted Mr Bowers he immediately responded with how expensive the project was going to be and continued to talk over me. At his request, I provided key and updated facts about my X5 in writing countered by, “never mind, I am sorry and don’t want to work on your car”response. That was in text. No reason to why. I got the impression he wanted to maximize his revenues on the repair once I asked if he would consider factory aftermarket parts from the manufacture who actually produces the BMW parts from Germany required. In all fairness, I’m sure he’s a competent technician but be aware that he might not have your best interest in mind. Not because capability but because of his inflexibility and lack of professionalism.
Dan is the best. He doesn't sugar coat or over promise. He just delivers what he promises, and usually more. His love for and knowledge of BMW engines is next level. Meaning, if you need something done, B&S Euro is the shop and Dan is the MAN!
Dan is very knowledgeable about BMW. He sorted out every issue I had with my 19 year old car, was honest about what I was getting into and went above and beyond to get it right. Highly recommended!
