My story: I'm from Chicago visiting relatives, when my #4 and #5 coil died! And, if you tried to climb the "rolling hills", of the State of Pennsylvania, you'll know that ain't a good thing to have happen to anyone!
The owner John, (who also owns a Bimmer 325Xi Sport Wagon), took the time out of a (very busy) schedule to diagnose my problem, ordered the part, fixed it... ALL within an HOUR! The price of repair was extremely low!
Ladies and Gentlemen, if you've ever gone to a BMW dealership, with questions, or fears about your car being repaired, you'll understand what I'm talking about in this GREAT review!
Not only was John helpful, but patient and, understanding! And, YOU can really speak to a REAL technician about anything you want to know about your car! He could have taken me for a ride, being from out if town and in a jam.
People, take it from me " you'll never meet a nicer man/mechanic/owner to trust your car to than John! This man was sent from Heaven!"
Now compare that at any dealership, or most other repair shops you'll find! I'm tempted to drive, or towed from Chicago just to have my car repaired by this shop!
