Mike and his team always take good care of us. The job included installing an aftermarket suspension kit I supplied, which they weren't familiar with. Overall it took more time than expected but they were persistent to get the alignment perfect (most important part), and in the end worked with us on total cost. Outside of a basic oil change, Premier is where we take all our vehicles.

I have a 2018 Audi SQ5. I needed front brakes and the dealer was off the charts with price. I stopped at Premier after driving by their shop for years. They replaced my front brakes with better than stock Audi parts and at a reasonable cost. They took the time and interest to answer my questions about maintaining my car for the long haul as I currently have 95K miles and plan to keep it to at least 200K. Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Premier.

Premier Eurocars was extremely easy to deal with, charged fairly for the work performed, got authorization before doing any work, suggested ways I could save a couple of bucks, and did a great job of repairing and servicing my car. I took it to them because a prior dealer service failed to properly service the 4 wheel drive system. They understood from the symptoms exactly what was wrong on our Mercedes, suggested the proper service, gave me an estimate and held to that estimate. They are also just really nice too. I highly recommend this shop.

Great shop and were very knowledgeable. Most shops will not service a Bentley but they took my car in and serviced it without any issues. They have a customer for life.

Had a bad tire sensor and the light was driving me crazy. Called and spoke to Ken who quoted me a price that was reasonable. I asked when I could bring it in, he said let me make sure that the supplier has the part, which they did. He told I could bring it in today. He made my day. Thanks! This is the only shop to take your BMW or Porsche to not get ripped off.

1st impression is always a last impression. They are probably too much confident or too much customer they have that they don't care about their business. I must say attitude is the main issue and probably doesn't care. Asked for spark plug estimation for bmw x5 2012, 6 cylinder, 3.0 xdrive, what else would u need to know to give a job estimate to change a spark plug? That rude gentleman can’t give give me estimate as he needs to know more info about engine as it carries loads of other types. He also mentioned there is nothing call 6 cylinder or v6. To keep it short i just said thank you and ended the conversation.

I am not going to pay 80$ per hr to someone who has an attitude like that. Beware when you deal with them

Am the original owner of the car, that now has almost 210K miles on it, and religiously (foolishly, in retrospect) took it to the dealer for maintenance/repair on the assumption that dealers are expensive but their techs were the most knowledgeable/best trained...well, it became ridiculously expensive and I came to strongly suspect that unnecessary repairs were being recommended.

As I love this car, I read the on-line reviews for Premier Eurocars and tried them about a year ago to see if they could help resolve a recurrence of a check engine warning light that repeatedly was triggered. The dealer kept saying it was an either/or thing regarding two fuel/air sensor components. The short version of the story is that Mike Forbes and his team (Dan is the Man!)solved the problem through patient investigation and minimized the expense (and not what the dealer had diagnosed/recommended!). Have been back there again and again for routine and failure maintenance. Premier is not cheap but they are seemingly honest and fair. They keep me apprised of wear items/looming issues and point out what are "must address" and things that "should be watched" (it is, after all, an old car). I will take my cars there as long as they continue to provide the great service that I have experienced to date.

Premier Eurocars gets top marks from me. I think Dan and Mike did a great technical job on my car with an issue that I thought was fairly technical. They communicated with me really well, gave me options, thought outside the box and gave me confidence that they had thought it through.

I also really appreciated that they were flexible with their schedule and could accommodate mine. I borrowed a car a few times and even got a ride from Mike once. They met me at the shop early and let me come late. I really appreciated that help with my busy schedule.

Mike Forbes and the crew consistently have provided exemplary service. I have been coming here for years, trusting them for everything from routine maintenance or wheel / tire work, to modifications needed for track use. The techs are all very well trained, polite, and always communicate well. If an item should be covered under factory warranty, they'll advise that you should get the work done at the dealer rather than pay them out of pocket. The charges are always fair. This is a quality operation, not a garage trying to create work for themselves, and the product they deliver can't be beat. Highly recommend.

Horrible!!! Brought my car in for inspection after completing over $2000.00 worth of work last summer(2013). No work anticipated but the son of the owner treated it like a piece of crap, 2 different pieces of plastic missing(later found on the floor and figured out one was for the windshield wiper). Told me I needed to replace front brakes and rotors which I knew I had a good 6 mths left on (now july that was march and still no sensor is lit). My oil light, which I paid to have changed last summer came on, less than 2 days later!!! I replaced the quart and now it needs it again! Stay away!!! Especially if you're a female! Never again!!

We pride ourselves on trying to communicate as clearly and as completely as possible but it is obvious from the customer’s comments that we were unsuccessful in this instance. At the time of the service in February, 2014 we recommended front tires(not brakes), which were at 4/32 just above the PA state minimum requirement and rear brakes, which were at 3/32, also just above state minimums. The front brakes were virtually brand new and the mileage since her last oil change was only 4,000 miles so neither service were recommended at that time. The customer was only charged for a PA State Inspection in February as no other work was performed. I’ve tried numerous times since the customer posted to contact her to try to resolve her concerns but each time the call has gone to a voicemail and the customer has not responded. As for the customer's final comment we are most shocked by this sentiment as we try very hard to treat all of our customers with the utmost respect.

Tired of the mark-up at the local dealer, I had them install the M Performance Exhaust. The guys know their stuff and are clearly passionate about cars, the work was done well and on time, and the price was right. Highly recommended.

This is the third time I've been there over the past 6 or 7 months. My CPO vehicle was no longer under the warranty so I looked for a shop other than a BMW dealer.

I knew that I had a bit of a laundry list of things to do since the car was over 80,000 miles and I drive it fairly hard. Kevin went over his recommendations and we decided to do the work over 3 separate visits. I just completed the 3rd visit and I'm happy with the work.

After the 2nd visit, there were a few things that I thought should be readdressed since I'm fairly picky with the car's handling. Kevin accomplished all of that on the 3rd visit. I'll be going back until they give me a reason not to.

On one's first visit, Mike the co-owner, with great pride, describes the history of the small office building where orders are taken. By how neatly maintained and professionally appointed it is, it could return to what it started as - a centuries-old tea house. With the same pride, mechanical thoroughness and expertise Premier Eurocars has serviced my last two cars very well. Its policy of offering free loaners is much appreciated and of particular importance since my household has only one car. As a motor-sport enthusiast who logs many miles each year, I give it my highest recommendation.

Premier Eurocars performed a pre-purchase inspection for a 2011 BMW M3 I was looking to buy. Very happy with the service - from my initial call to the very comprehensive inspection report they provided. I was able to buy the car with confidence (and negotiate better price) thanks to the guys at Premier Eurocars.

Too bad for me that I live couple hours away - they would be my first choice independent for my new M3.

    Great place!

Excellent repair shop! Professional, friendly environment, great facilities and equipment. Fair prices and quality service. PE has performed many repairs for my E39, including a new steering rack, new wheelspeed sensor, oil change and electrical work. I was impressed by the communication, quality of repairs and the amazing facility. Great job all around Premier Eurocars!

MAIN LINE BMW OWNERS LOOK NO FURTHER!

Premier Eurocars in Devon is my new go to independent. I recently moved to the area and was shocked at the outrageous prices quoted by BMW of the Main Line after a water pump failure. I found Premier Eurocars and couldn't be happier. I typically do most service on my vehicle myself, but Premier has made it tough for me to justify this going forward!

Quick, accomodating, knowledgeable, affordable, the list goes on. A++ Keep up the good work!
