  • Great and professional service. Highly recommend it after trying several places that service BMW and Mercedes.

It would be an understatement to say that Fort Worth Autowerks is awesome. So, I will describe this business as unspeakably awesome and utilize written media to share my experience with the masses. Representing themselves as the epitome of professionalism and service, the manager, Joseph, and the highly skilled technicians treated me like I was family. I was deemed a highly valued customer from the moment that I entered the establishment until the time that I drove away elated that my vehicle once again purred like the proverbial kitten. In addition to stellar customer service, Fort Worth Autowerks exhibited both technical adroitness and unwavering integrity. The diagnostic process was described in detail as well as the company policy of utilizing genuine BMW parts without inflating customer cost. If you are looking for great service with competitive pricing from a reputable establishment, then look no further. Fort Worth Autowerks is the answer! Joseph and his team repaired only what was necessary—no more, no less. For example, instead of replacing 6 ignition coils, they replaced only 5 because (unbeknownst to me) one coil was still in great shape. They could have replaced and charged me for 6 coils and I would not have known otherwise. It is precisely this level of honesty/integrity that elevates their brand and fosters continual customer relations. In the past, I was overcharged for faulty repairs by another local Bimmer Shop and a BMW dealership. On June 15, 2020, my prayers were answered when I took my vehicle to Fort Worth Autowerks. Zero hyperbole, just real talk!

I was very pleased with the work done on my Z4. They researched several ways I could get it fixed and came up with a solution that was less expensive and yet perfect. Thank you, Howard.

Southwest Autowerks has the absolute best customer service I have ever seen from a business. Not only do they do everything they can to make sure that your car is running at its best, but also they make sure you are taken care of. While they had my car they drove me around wherever I needed to go since I was without a car and they delivered my car to my house once it was done! I was absolutely shocked and blessed that I have found a home for my car service. They truly do not strive to make money, instead they make it a priority to take care of you and make sure you are driving in a safe car. I will never go anywhere again with my 1998 Z3 BMW. These guys treat you like family and I could not be more grateful. They are a hidden gem and I slightly don't want to share them since I know once they become known of that they will be a hot commodity. Although, it would be much deserved. Thank you to the entire staff!

Southwest Autowerks worked on my BMW multiple times for engine maintenance and various other general maintenance. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and completed everything on time and with superior service. Highly recommended.
