My 2008 BMW 335i’s engine started acting rough just as I was getting onto 610 last week. For close to 12 years, I’ve only brought it to the dealer and have always been happy with the work that they have done. High in price, but good work nonetheless. This time, I decided to try a new place. After reading reviews online, I brought it to Edward at Little Shop of Motors. The next day, I received a text with a complete diagnosis of the issue, plus other recommendations. After some discussions with Edward, I decided to go ahead and have all of the repairs/issues taken care of. My car is now running better than it has in many years. There was even an engine lag that I assumed was just part of this car as I’ve had the issue since I bought new. That lag is now gone and my car’s power is back! I’m very impressed with the work done as well as the detail oriented Edward (owner). I will definitely be back and will be telling my friends about this man and his business. ????????????????

I was shopping for a car online from NC and had the dealer bring the car in for an independent pre-purchase inspection. Ed was kind enough to do this the next day, which was fantastic. This gave me the peace of mind I needed to proceed with purchasing a car I had not seen with my own eyes. If life takes me to Houston I'll be sure to come by Little Shop of Motors and thank you in person.

Awesome service! Edward at Little Shop of Motors was kind and very friendly. He wasn't like the other BMW shops around town who just want to charge you for 5 min of their time. This guy knows what he is talking about. Very highly recommended! 5+ stars.

I was buying a car over the internet and wanted to get pre-purchase inspection done, told the dealer to drop off the car at Little Shop of Motors for the inspection. Edward did full inspection, test drove the vehicle and sent me the report explaining what he found out and what he recommend to get it done if I am going to purchase the vehicle.

After I purchased the vehicle stopped by the Little Shop of Motors to get the recommended work done, Edward and his team did a great job in my vehicle and even stay late to finish my job since I had to drive back to Canada. I will highly recommend Edward and his team for anybody. Great place to get your BMW fixed.

A truly fantastic experience at Little Shop of Motors. For the last five years I’ve had the horrible experience of dealing with Hendricks dealerships in NC for my X5. Every visit was at least a grand out of my pocket. New in the Houston area I needed external maintenance and discovered Little Shop of Motors. From the moment I pulled in I received nothing but professionalism and courtesy. Best part, there fast and they don’t create problems for additional service. Truly dealer service at half the price, per my quote comparison from Hendricks motor. Little Shop of Motors has earned my loyalty moving forward. Thanks for the great service, the movie while I waited and the free breakfast.

When you take you car to Little Shop of Motors you never have to worry about it being done right the first time...everytime. I like a shop that doesn't just give me what I ask for...they give me more than I expect. Edward has worked on my 03 X5, my 82 320i classic, and my best friends 07 Z4, all with outstanding results. I was again surprised by him today, with a quote for a Coolant Flush, Brake Flush, and Micro Filter for my 07 335i Coupe.

More often than not I have been disappointed with the customer service or lack there of received when searching for a honest business and techician to repair my car. Today I was more than surprised and grateful to have come across such a rare find. After contacting 8 other BMW repair shops that were too busy to give me the time of day, I came across Edward & Little Shop of Motors. I was skeptical and less than eager to endure the car repair treatement I had become accustomed to but today I was pleasantly surprised and back up & running within just 90 minutes of my arrival. I experienced refreshing honesty, a comfortable atmosphere while I waited, and excellent customer service. Edward and his team have made a repeat customer of me. Thanks!

5+ stars...there is no word to exactly describe the great service or this page will be full of descriptive adjectives. It is not the service alone but the people are great- great attitude, great honest people and great place while waiting for your vehicle (clean waiting area and great coffee). Honestly, it is hard and frustrating to find true people with unsurpassed skills like this shop. You have to try to experience it. The fees are down to earth reasonable. Fast and reliable service provided by certified technicians. They all treat you like their own family. It is more than a dealership-kind -of service, if we make a comparison. Thank you Ed and staff for taking good care of our car needs. Stop looking, try them today, you wont lost anything but gain some friendship and great service. Again 5 Stars... Thanks, Little Shop of Motors.
