These guys are the best! My wife and I have brought our cars to them many times for oil changes, small repairs, and a really big timing chain job that needed to be urgently fixed. They are amazing at communicating what is going on, and are on the ball to call you back or call you with status updates. I was quoted for the timing chain job and then they were able to find different parts to knock off an additional $200. Really great, honest, and fast work that is really refreshing to see in this day and age!

Also, today my car broke down and I called them in the morning to see if they could see it on an emergency basis. I had it towed to them by 11:00am and by 3:00 they had diagnosed the problem, communicated the problem to me, and had the car back to me by 4:30pm. They've got my business for life...they really provide the best service in town!!

Finally found a shop that knows BMWs inside and out. M Technik did a fantastic job on my brakes and suspension (struts/shocks) for a reasonable price. The communication was awesome; Chris kept me in the loop the whole time and made the entire experience easy. 5-star service all around!

Took in for overheating. Been taking my car to this shop for 5 years. The rep said I needed $10k repair work done but could not diagnose overheating without more money. Perhaps they wanted me to give them my car?

I was so hopeful when I found M-Technik, a shop that caters specifically to BMW in San Antonio, Texas. Unfortunately, these mechanics didn't live up to my expectation. This M-Technik employee abused my M2 Competition while pulling into the garage for the night.

Fortunately, my dashcam's event monitor alerted me to the sudden acceleration. I was able to pick up the vehicle the next day before M-Technik performed any service.

I cannot thank the M Technik team enough for the outstanding, knowledgeable, competent attention to detail they have given in the service of my BMW these past years. Even when I had to travel, this team was more than happy to assist me in finding a solid team out of state.

Their customer service is by far, the best hands down.

Could go into what a great job they've done for me, how helpful they have been, etc but I'm going to just say this. If you have a BMW, live in San Antonio and aren't already using M-Technik, you're doing it wrong.

First time checking out M Technik. Was in need for someone to put in my new Interstate AGM Battery that installs in trunk on X6 and also do the computer reset. Pulled up not knowing how things work there. Met a couple of the owners/managers. Learned a little about the history of the company while they took care of me on-the-spot 10 minutes before they were closing! Impressive! Service charge was reasonable. Install done right the first time!

They were super friendly and knowledgeable! Offered for me to chill in the lounge with A/C on a hot humid afternoon. Also offered me free soda of choice. I was very impressed as previously having service/parts from BMW of San Antonio, you would of thought I owned a Yugo the way the service people are there. I am a fan and am already telling all my friends about this place. Conveniently located near downtown on Broadway and Casa Blanca across from The Pearl. Save yourself the headache and just go to M Technik first!
