Took my 2007 M6 in for basic maintenance and state inspection. While in route I developed a problem with the convertible top not locking. After explaining what happened to Karen, she relayed the concern to Mike.
Mike diagnosed the problem and I was informed the fault was reset and rather than replace the part that was possibly going bad we would monitor it. The top would now stay locked.
After having my 3 Bimmers serviced over the past 10 years it would be safe for me to say that without a doubt there is no one more trustworthy, knowledgeable and fair than Mike & Karen.
Mike is a Master Tech than can do just about anything from a simple oil change all the way to the restoration of a car that has been in a wreck.
