I needed rear tires and a Virginia inspection. They ordered the tires and the next week I was in for service. The tires were changed and the car fully aligned while I waited. The wheels were perfect, not even a tiny scratch. The counter people own the shop and they treat you like a guest. I will not go anywhere else for M3 service.
I have a 2003 BMW 330 CiC. Last year the passenger door could not be opened from the outside all of a sudden. I took it to European Cars of Williamsburg. I met the owner who seemed like a really nice gentleman.
I told him about the problem. He said they will take a look. I thought he would give me an approximate cost before repairing the problem. After 50 minutes, I told him that I was going to have breakfast and will be back in about one hour.
To my surprise, he said the car was almost fixed. He asked me to wait 10 more minutes. I was curious how much he was going to charge me for it. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me the amount. I gladly paid him for the service and thanked him for such a GREAT service. From that day on, I decided never to go back to the local BMW dealer who always seemed to charge a lot, no matter how simply the problem seemed to be. So, yes I have been very pleased with my experience with this place. I am planning t take my car to European Cars of Williamsburg next month for oil change and State Inspection.
