    I took my vehicle in for an oil leak. Once we found the leak, they committed to the repair and dropped my vehicle off. I rented a car and 2 days later received a call that they couldn't do the repair. In the end I was out 2 days of a car rental, had to take my car to the dealer, and parts of my vehicle disappeared somewhere in between. To top it off, they called a few weeks later and wanted me to pay for the time my car was in their shop.

    I work on my own cars so I'm pretty understanding about repairs going off track, but this kind of treatment was more than even I could take.
