    The Import Connection staff have a thorough knowledge of BMW and other European cars, and are fair and clear in what the problem is, as well as providing an estimate.

    When I first met Farhad, he listened to the symptoms of the BMW's transmission malfunctions and told me immediately exactly what valves had failed, and what was required to repair the transmission. My previous garage had told me replacing the transmission was the only approach open to me, at a cost of nearly $4,000.

    Needless to say Import Connection has had all my BMW servicing and repair business for the past ten years.

    Recently I purchased an Audi Q5 from Import Connection, and am taking it there for all servicing.
