It has been a great pleasure getting the help from Master Automotive to repair my 328i. They took very well care of my car. They did a super comprehensive check to nail down the exact problem from all of the possibilities. They spent lots of time explaining the problem to me and the solutions to fix it. They kept to promise when to complete the fix. I really appreciate that.
I have been a customer of Waid Lababidi of Master Automotive for the last 5 years or so and my experience has been nothing but great! He is a very honest guy and has the requisite knowledge, skill set and experience to repair all car models. He is upfront about all the details and costs involved and doesn't like any differences come in the way of good relationship. He is very thorough with his job and I haven't had any issues whatsoever with his work in all these years. All in all, a great mechanic in the Bay Area for a fraction of the cost of a dealership!
Master Automotive allows me to remain worry free when it comes to my car and my wife's car. Their shop is immaculate, and their customer service and prices are the best! Waid is very professional and honest with the repairs and maintenance on your vehicles. He has serviced my BMW and Mercedes. He also services my work vehicles. Several of my employees also use him and have been very pleased with the service.

Wade is amazing. He took my car in on short notice. He gave me a loaner. He was honest about what was required vs. recommended for my car and he did not try to push me do to unnecessary repairs. Repairs were very quick. I needed a lot of work done and he was able to get the parts and complete the repairs within 2 days. Pricing was very fair. I would have paid double at the dealer.

Wade was recommended to me by another real estate agent who was tired of repair shops guessing at how to repair his 2000 BMW. He said to bring it here to Master Automotive and have them take a look at it. Wade took good care of me and my wife's BMW X5, it was diagnosed and repaired. Wade and Derrick took real good care of us. They put the car in good shape and out in a short period of time. I give Derrick and Wade an 11 on a scale of 1-10. Best BMW repair shop by far.
My 740iL BMW is almost 330,000 miles old now, and that means every time I take it to a shop, mechanics notice hideous problems that may need immediate attention---depending on how much I want to invest in an old, cheap, tired car. Some mechanics get cranky when I decline 9/10s of the repairs they suggest. Master Automotive does not: they are cool people.
Luckily, the people at Master Automotive understand the delicate cost/benefit calculations an old crappy car owner must do when faced with repair decisions. Once, when my car would barely start and had no torque; they fixed the collapsed vacuum hoses and told me about other concerns that may need repair at some point soon. At no point did they try to sell me services beyond what I needed to get old sporty running again, and that is so rare! As long as I'm in the South Bay, I'll be a loyal customer of Master Automotive.
Note: they are a reputable shop, which means they are busy, which means I do not expect to get an appointment right away when I need their services. Waiting for repairs is worth it for me when I know I can fully trust the shop doing them.
