    Service Manager

Bill’s name is highly recognizable throughout the Front Range as a BMW guy having served for 12 years as a Senior Service Advisor at Gebhardt BMW in Boulder and Service Manager at Green Eyed Motors also in Boulder. After leaving Gebhardt, Bill’s heart and soul yearned to once again work with BMW owners and he has become a vital member of our Bimmer Haus family.

Bill and his wife, Krissy, love to travel with their two kids and Catahoula Hound (is that the coolest breed name ever?) making the most of their time in the Colorado outdoors hiking, biking, skiing, snow shoeing, camping, sampling craft brews, and hard core relaxing at their favorite pools and beaches. Bill and Krissy currently own two BMWs: an E46 330Xi and E70 X5 3.0 in addition to a not-so-mildly modified 2004 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, their go-to back country mode of travel.

Testimonials

  • Bimmer Haus is the only place I've been that I trust with my car. They're very skilled technicians who know BMWs inside and out and are extremely good at what they do. their prices are extremely fair, they offer reduced charges for basic maintenance, free diagnostics, and they were willing to work with me on some very difficult fixes. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

It would be difficult for me to overstate how truly pleased and impressed I have been with the exceptional service I always receive from everyone (Bill, Patty, George, John, etc.) at Bimmer Haus. I've been taking my vehicle to Bimmer Haus since 2019 and my relationship with Bill Cray advising me on servicing three different vehicles dates back to 2004. Not only is everyone extremely knowledgeable (both breadth and depth) and passionate about BMW's, they are also genuinely good people that will greet you with a friendly smile. I trust the recommendations they make in terms of necessary work on my vehicle and also believe that the quality of work is the best in the greater Boulder/Denver area at a fair and reasonable price. When it comes to a business valuing their customers, everyone at Bimmer Haus routinely exhibits this desire to create happy loyal customers by their actions, willingness to share their valuable knowledge, and approaching each situation by striving to do "what's right for the customer" in an effort to meet and exceed expectations.

Asked them to inspect 1998 BMW and let me know it's condition. They discussed what they found and together we decided what to fix and what to delay. They fixed the items and the final cost was less than estimated. They definitely are experts on BMWs, they are honest, they communicated before doing repairs and in my case they prioritised the repairs to get the critical things fixed first. I will not take the car anywhere else and strongly recommend them to any BMW owner.

If it weren't for the Bimmer Haus I would not own a BMW car. They were absolutely fantastic in advising me and repairing a 2003 BMW Z4 and they are truly wonderful at servicing my new BMW X5 diesel. I can't tell you how great it is to have honest caring and reasonably priced BMW mechanics. Again if they weren't around I would not have in all likelihood of BMW car. Thank you Bimmer Haus for being there!

I needed a small part (radiator fitting 90 degree elbow). I called Bimmer Haus in the morning to order. They ordered it for me and called later that they have it in the afternoon. When I came to pick it up. They didn't even charge me. Thank you for your kindness and great services. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody out there. Once again thank you very much.

What a fantastic independent BMW shop. I dropped my car off for some maintenance and was amazed that they offered me a loaner car for the day. What independent shop does that? I was more than happy to fill up the tank before returning it as that is such a great gesture.

The work was completed on time and under budget. They do not charge for what they do not do like some of the dealers.

Bimmer Haus is my go to shop from now on. Wonderful and knowledgeable people.

I have had my BMW worked on a few times, mostly do the work myself as I don't really trust many people to do honest quality work. I take my E36 to Bimmer Haus because I trust them to do excellent work and to price the work fairly.

If you live anywhere near Broomfield, take your BMW to them. I have had my suspension reworked, AC charge, coolant flush, and alignments performed, and was totally satisfied. I have a new BMW and when the warranty expires, you can bet I will take my car to them.

Well on the 27th I took my x5 to the Bimmer haus in broomfield...mmm well the loaner I got was less then accepable, it was so dirty that I had to use half pk of wipes. The steering wheel in the loaner was so dirty my gloves even after 6 wipes still stuck to the wheel. The drivers seat was disgusting, as for the door knew i'd be touching it so had to clean it as well...I have never seen a car so dirty on the inside. Oh and when I was leaving I called cause the tank was less than 1/4 of a tank . The gent who spoke to me said thats all we put in it. I took it as had no choice. Of course in order to make it home I had to put gas in it. I did 40 bux. When I picked up my car 6 hrs later I asked about getting reimbursed for the gas seeing as now it was half full. He said NO as it not our policy so I said how about just half of it 20 bux. Same answer. When I got home looked at the ticket it was ok but noticed something they didn't tell my husband re bent axel or possable. Why they could not tell me seeing as its my dang car is beyond me.

Now the work they did do was fine and they DO charge same price as the dealer. They also quoted me a price for brakes, its same as dealer..

With all this in mind I always take it to the dealer from now on as they give u nice some, new car and its clean and FULL of gas u just replace what you used.

lesson learned NEVER GOING TO BIMMER HAUS AGAIN
