I have a BMW X5 Diesel and Redds is great. Nothing is cheap anymore but Redds provides value and good service for your hard earned money.
BMW dealer told me my vehicle's eccentric shaft sensor and valve gasket needed to be replaced to the tune of $1500, so I called Redds Automotive and was verbally quoted $850. Took it there for the work, but it ended up costing me $1260. Wish I had asked for their quote in writing. When I turned in the vehicle the oil level was half way between min and max so I asked if the oil would be topped off and got a yes. Picked up the vehicle and when I got home realized the oil had not been topped off so I had to go back for the tech to add oil. The work was done on time and my vehicle runs great, but disappointed that I didn't get an apology for having to come back.
First time using Redds Automotive. Very impressed with the level of customer service. The rep was spot on his quote for tire installation and balancing and the job was finished when promised. I'll use them again for repairs and service.
