Not sure where to start but i will try to keep this short.

I blew the crank hub on my new BMW M2 Competition. I shopped around and the prices were all comparable to one another. The major difference with Tyler and Island Sportworks from the get go was communication and customer service. i am an enthusiast of cars and sometimes its not easy to drop off your car to a new shop especially when the work getting done requires the engine to be opened up.

Tyler knew this was a daily driver and once i accepted his quote (which he sent me within minutes) he immediately ordered the parts. he then offered to use his own trailer (insanely impressive trailer might i add) to come pick my car up for me so I wouldn't have to pay for a tow. The car was picked up on time as he promised and Tyler updated me daily, each evening, to let me know the status. The guys at Island Sport Works are very up front and honest and if they see anything out of the ordinary they make sure they take note and fill the customer in right away. They are a very knowledgeable crew and did a great job on a very in depth install for my car. Not one thing was out of place inside or out when i received the car back, it was exactly how i handed it to them but with the capability to handle a TON more power. Not many shops now-a-days take such special care and treat each car like its worth a million bucks, but Island Sport Works definitely does.

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere but Island Sport Works. Simply amazing. And I am in the car business.. I have 2 BMW’S and a VW and they will all be coming here. Great job guys!! I absolutely appreciate everything you have done. A customer for life!
