Keith Roberts is a Mercedes-Benz factory trained master technician with 13 years experience with Mercedes-Benz. In 2015 Keith decided to provide quality Mercedes-Benz and German auto repairs in his home town of Marshall, NC. Keith has 10+ years of training and experience at the dealer level with Mercedes-Benz and has worked at various dealerships in the southeast. In 2013 Keith left the Mercedes-Benz dealerships and went to work at German Motor Werks of Asheville. There, in addition to working on Mercedes-Benz, he increased his experience working with BMW, Mini Cooper and some later model Porsche. Due to his high standards for quality, Keith uses only OEM parts when available for all German auto repairs.
In 2018, with increased demand at the shop, Keith brought Joseph Brown, Mercedes-Benz factory trained master technician to the team.
