Brought in a car for an engine replacement, they were over time and double their estimate and. I never received updates unless I stopped in or called repeatedly. During the replacement, they were not able to get parts costs and delayed completion repeatedly. After getting the car back, an oil line they created blew on track. I brought it back for them to fix and it took another 3 weeks for them to fix their error. Never took responsibility or offered to make things right. Please learn from my very costly lesson and find somewhere else to go. For a place named 'motorsports' they do not seem to understand the danger they placed me in when I lost all the oil from my new engine and lost control on track.

Edit after the shop's response: the problem was that I had to stop by on a daily basis because of the lack of communication. You were not even able to order the parts after a week of sitting on the list I provided. In terms of the oil line, apparently it did leak as evidenced by the large bill by VIR to cleanup. It is not impossible to know why it failed, the line and fitting separated due to an error when assembling. You made the repairs at no cost because it was the line you modified that failed.

And yet, still no apology that the oil line your shop modified caused me to possibly lose another engine, put me in danger, or accept responsibility for the work you did.
