  • I brought my BMW 330ci here to get the starter replaced. I usually do my own work, but my schedule didn't allow it this time around (weddings, work, family visiting). I found Elite Auto on bimmershops.com and read a few reviews before I made up my mind. I'm glad I brought it there. The service was quick and efficient. I dropped the car off before heading out to work and picked it up right after EOD. Of course, they are a little pricey, but it's expected since they specialize in luxury/imports. They even have free WIFI if you want to Facebook while you wait. Highly recommended.

They are accommodating with loaner cars, and even gave me a ride to the airport when I dropped my BMW off for repair. They call promptly with an estimate, and even told me when work was unnecessary.   • I called for a question on getting a car inspected in a case where the registration had expired. The person who answered the phone was friendly and spent 10 minutes giving me the answers on what I should do and how to get the registration quickly. He showed me that they are really committed to customer service and we will become a customer. I am very impressed.

  • A few weeks I had taken my car to a tire place for an oil change and tire rotation. They (the other place) told me I needed an inspection and that my car would not pass unless I had my brakes done. They estimated over $300. Based on the reviews here, I took my car to Elite to have the brakes done( They estimated $265). They could have done them and I'd have been the wiser, but they called me and asked who had told me I needed brakes. They said mine were fine. They tightened a couple of things and took the car for inspection. The whole thing cost $59 (including the inspection) They even drove me home and picked me up. I'll surely use these guys again (and NOT the tire place).

    Elite offered the best customer service you could expect from a repair shop! Elite set me up in a loaner vehicle free of charge, while my vehicle was being repaired.     These folks are incredible...the before and after difference in the car is nothing short of remarkable. Here's the story...Took my daughters car here on a friend's recommendation because of an oil drip. It was late in the day so I did have to leave her there...the car not my daughter... They did a complete inspection, again of the car, and documented everything in a report with a cost list, pictures and video. Turned out the oil drip was a symptom of several larger issues. I reviewed the report with their tech and we divided the list into needed immediately and stuff that would be good to do, but could totally wait. The car was fixed quickly, in about 2 days and is perfect. I have no doubt these were the right people to trust my daughter's car and would not hesitate to recommend them and go back when needed.

    Excellent service! From start to finish. Friendly, kind and respectful customer service by Sam! Had an oil change and state inspection done. I was made aware of everything that was being done to my vehicle. Car wash washed, and vacuumed, looked like it was detailed. Thank you Elite!

    Can't say enough good things about Elite Auto Repair! Warning lights came on in my wife's car and immediately Sam at Elite answered my call, was able to get the car serviced AND fixed the next day. Great service, great communication and would highly recommend anyone to bring their car to Elite.

    I dealt primarily with Karly who is a phenomenal communicator. My repair was pretty costly but necessary. I was given updates on other optional fixers needed but zero pressure. I got my 2008 Mercedes SL550 Hardtop Convertible back cleaner then how I dropped it off and trust me that’s saying something. Most importantly I got treated like a favorite family member and that’s priceless!!

    I just had my rod bearings replaced on my e93 m3. and i can't say enough about Elite Auto the experience I had was awesome. Very nice people and really took care of my car. Fixed a bunch of stuff and everything came out great. I definitely recommend if you have a BMW to bring to Elite. Thanks Mike, Ben, Cody and everyone at Elite.

    I brought my BMW to Elite Auto in Warwick, R.I. to repair an oil leak, and to replace the power steering pump. The "courtesy vehicle " that picked me up was an old hybrid that had the battery replaced and wreaked of a toxic chemical odor that made me nauseous for the short time I was in the car.

    The repair cost was high, and there was no discernable explanation for the cost other than the bottom line number. The manager called someone else and was apparently wiling to give my car away for $900. The person he called told him it wasn't his car, but he insisted it was.

    The whole repair job seemed to be rushed. When I picked up my car it wouldn't start.

    I was told the bushings on the control arms needed replacement, yet he wouldn't replace the bushings without replacing both control arms for an additional $2,300.00. The oil had been replaced 100 miles earlier, yet he tried to sell me a complete oil change. I also own a 2014 BMW 550i M sport, and I will never take either of my BMW ' s to Elite Auto again.

    Elite Auto Repair has been servicing my wife's Lexus and my BMW for nearly 9 years. Not the same ones. The entire team there is the finest team of service people I have ever encountered. From just stepping the door to dropping by unannounced on a weekend with a minor problem, they are always ready willing and more than capable to assist.

    Going anywhere else for service would not be a good idea!
