I haven't taken my car there yet, but I can say that I called there today and spoke with a very nice man named Dan. I told him of my new battery that I'm purchasing and how much the dealer is charging me to "program my battery". He told me to run it over there one day when I put the new battery in that he would program it for FREE. What? Are you serious? I have never had anyone tell me that before. So there are nice people out there after all. I will definitely take my car there, but I will make sure Dan gets something for his kindness!!!! He made my day!

I trust Bob and his guys at the Quality Car Services, Ltd. for reliable advise and expert repair for my 2002 BMW 330Ci. I came to know Quality Car Services, Ltd. because of its convenient location, just a block from the Rockville metro station. I went in to get my transmission looked at after I experienced shudder and hard shifts after replacing my trans fluid at another local BMW shop. It turned out that other shop didn't know how to property measure the fluid level. I was short by 2 qts. of fluid. After the fluid was added, the transmission was smooth as ever. I talked to the other shop couple times regarding the problem, but they had no clue. My most service was replacing a busted coolant expansion tank.
