    I'm not sure how good their service is but I know their customer service is horrible. Car was taken in to have a transmission checked out and it took over 4 weeks to get a return call letting us know that they hooked a check engine light scanner up and it needs a transmission. Then at that point they needed the car off their property ASAP. And paid $200 dollars for them to check a code nothing else because they did not drop the pan. And when I went up to have the tow truck pick it up the receptionist front desk lady came out cursing at myself and the tow truck driver while we were arranging payment. We were not there more than 10 minutes arranging that. I don't know how anybody talks as foul with the curses that lady did especially at her age. I would expect that from the mechanics in the shop talking to each other but not to the customers.

    Had a bad battery, took BMW to Rudy's European Motorcars, and he replaced with a new OEM BMW battery, and properly registered it all for $100 less than what I was quoted from closest BMW dealer in Milford, DE.
